Works consisted in necessary grubbing & clearing, quarry excavations on ripable land and on rock with explosives, embankment construction & shaping, spillway construction & shaping together with other small units executed by ELMASA OBRAS PUBLICAS, S.A. and sister company in Argelia ELMASA ALGERIE for the construction of the railway between Realizane and Tissemsilt (Argelia), 185 Km in length.
